Oppo would you buy a 2011 mustang with 70,000 miles and the 5.0? I know its a fairly reliable engine but is it worth trading my FoST for? I want something RWD and manual to tide me over until I’m ready for bigger and better things. So Oppo is a 5.0 with 70,000 miles for $18k seem like a good deal?

May vary for you, but I went into a Ford Dealership thinking of trading my FoST for a Mustang GT and left utterly unimpressed. The Mustang just doesn’t have anywhere near the driving character of the Focus. It felt too big and disconnected.

I know fleets that are running Coyote F-150s over 100,000 miles with no problems. This Mustang should be fine.

Offer $15,000 and work up from there. I’d say it’s worth it.

Step 1: find 2011 mustang GT at a carmax
Step 2: test drive Mustang
Step 3: decide if you like it better than your FoST
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit

No. I sold my 2011 5.0 with brembo package, 20k miles for 23k about a year ago.

I mean if you wanna buy mine I’ll see it to you for the same price, albeit it’s not a stick but it’s got 10k less miles then the one your talking about. Or do you need a trade in?

Personally I wouldnt. But dude, V8, mt, rwd, 2 doors. You could definitely do worse. And you can’t get a Camaro for that cheap, so why not?

The mileage wouldn't bother me...it's a 5 year old car, that's 14k per year.
